We're looking for consultants with deep AI and LLM expertise who want to help businesses deploy Claude Cowork safely. If you understand how models work and can explain it to a room of non-technical people, we want to hear from you.
What we're looking for
Technical depth meets consulting mindset.
You have real experience with LLMs and AI workflows — not just prompting, but understanding how models reason, where they fail, and how to build reliable systems around them.
You understand agent workflows and how they're deployed in practice. Connectors, skills, rulesets, guardrails — you've worked with these concepts and can design them for real business contexts.
You know how models work under the hood. Inference, token economics, prompt engineering, context management — the technical foundation that separates real expertise from surface-level familiarity.
And critically, you have the consulting mindset. You can work with businesses of 5–50 people, understand their constraints, and translate complex AI capabilities into practical, governed deployments that actually work.
